Principal

Mr. Ted Vitale carries more than 15 years of Industry Experience. Prior to starting The Seaboard Group, Ted spent 11 years as the Senior Vice President of Construction for Bloomingdale's, a division of Federated Department Stores. During his tenure with Bloomingdale's, Mr. Vitale managed over $400 million while directing a staff of over 40 people. Since his collaboration with Seaboard, the business has experienced solid growth while focusing on Client Expectations through Teamwork, Communication and Quality.

Michael Petrucelli
Principal

Michael Petrucelli possesses 30 years experience in the Construction Industry. He has extensive core and shell experience and is often involved with the pre construction collaboration between site conditions, building requirements and cost effectiveness.

His detailed experience in the construction process results in schedule driven projects being delivered on time and on budget.

Mr. Vincent Fiore has twenty-five years experience in the Construction Industry serving in the General Contracting, Construction Management and Owner's Representation capacity. Qualifications include experience in all phases of construction such as Retail and Commercial Interior Renovation, Foundations, Base Building and Civic Facility Infrastructure Installations.
